Customer Strategy

Differentiate yourself in the eyes of your customer

Differentiation is all about crafting a unique niche for yourself and your organization.

Through an understanding of your customers you'll be able to make strategic decisions rooted in the desires and requirements of the people who buy your solutions.

We provide leaders, teams, and organizations with insights they can use to craft strategies, create new solutions, and make decisions on what to do and what not to do.

Cases

The governmental department for work and social economy worked with u.sentric to craft a customer strategy to focus on their key stakeholder, the citizen. The outcome of                                  the collaboration was a vision crafted together with internal stakeholders, and based on                                  external interactions with a broad group of target organizations and individuals. The                                  vision was based on 4 principles that were valued by the customers and internal                                  stakeholders: understanding, simplicity, transparency, and durability. This strategy also                                  laid the groundwork for future projects and customer-centered initiatives that are being                                  implemented today.

Baloise relied on u.sentric to identify different types of private investors. This profiling exercise would not just support the product strategy, but would also be used as a                                  communication tool with brokers. Through customer interactions and interviews 6                                  investor profiles including their needs, preferences, and requirements were created                                  which the internal teams used to craft their product offering on.
